Taco Bell just did their biggest menu reveal yet at the recently concluded Live Más LIVE 2025 event.
The future of Taco Bell is here, and it’s full of groundbreaking innovations! From new menu releases and “dreams,” to upcoming collabs and experiences, the chain revealed revolutionary surprises during its annual Live Más LIVE event. Whether you missed the show or just looking for a complete rundown of what the fast food giant has in store for us, this article will get you up to speed!

On March 4, 2025 (a Taco Tuesday), Taco Bell hosted its annual Live Más LIVE event, sharing the brand’s bold future and new innovations on and off the menu—exclusive tasting opportunities included! Taco Bell CEO Sean Tresvant set the tone for the event, hinting at more ways to enjoy Taco Bell favorites. Tresvant also surprised the in-person audience with an exclusive giveaway of custom hats, made in partnership with luxury fashion brand Siegelman Stable. There was also a Tuesday Drop (via the Taco Bell app) of the exclusive event merch for those who watched the show at home.
All the Taco Bell Menu Releases for 2025

Now, on to the most exciting part of Live Más LIVE: the new menu releases for the entire year of 2025! Taco Bell Chief Marketing Officer, Taylor Montgomery, shared every menu item coming this 2025. Intrigued? Here’s the complete lineup:
- Luxe Cravings Boxes – Early this year, Taco Bell introduced the $5, $7, and $9 Luxe Cravings Boxes to offer more value to fans without compromising on flavor. Getting that $9 Luxe Cravings is an affordable way to try the chain’s most recent innovations.
- Caliente Cantina Chicken Menu – The chain is also turning up the heat with the new Caliente Cantina Chicken Menu (also coming to Canada locations). It features the all-new Caliente Sauce made with red jalapeños.
- Decades Menu – Taco Bell is also planning to bring back the Decades menu (again), but this time with products that were an icon in early 2000s and 2010. This includes the Double Decker Taco and Cool Ranch Doritos® Locos Tacos.
- Fan Style – Fans will have the chance to create, name, and share their unique Taco Bell customization with friends, family, and other guests. This is going to be an in-app functionality and the chain is looking at ways to give fans rewards when someone orders their customized order.
- Grilled Cheese Burrito with Shredded Beef – The Grilled Cheese Burrito becomes even mightier with the addition of shredded beef!
- Toasted Cheddar Street Chalupa – The Cheesy Street Chalupa just got an upgrade. You can soon enjoy it with cheddar baked directly into the shell and a brand-new Chile Lime Crema Sauce that adds a punch of flavor.
- Crispy Chicken – The Crispy Chicken Nuggets are coming back, but in addition to a la carte options, there will be Crispy Chicken Burritos and Tacos coming to the US and Canada locations. Enjoy them with the Avocado Ranch or Spicy Ranchero Sauce.
- Mike’s Hot Honey® Diablo Sauce – If you can take some more heat, pair the Crispy Chicken Nuggets with the upcoming Mike’s Hot Honey® Diablo sauce.
- Flamin’ Hot® Burrito – There’s also a new burrito in town, featuring Flamin’ Hot® Fritos®, nacho cheese sauce, seasoned beef, reduced-fat sour cream, and new Flamin’ Hot® Rice, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
- Steak and Queso Cruchwrap Sliders – This is the newest Crunchwrap innovation, served as a fun-sized of 2, with a dipping component: Green Chile Queso. The portable sliders are loaded with grilled marinated steak, pico de gallo, chipotle sauce, cheddar cheese, and a mini tostada.
- Rolled Poblano Quesadilla – This quesadilla is chock full of flavors from marinated steak or slow-roasted chicken, plus poblano peppers.
- Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churros – Taco Bell and Milk Bar collaborated to create this sweet treat with big birthday energy! The warm, crispy churros are loaded with Milk Bar’s birthday cake frosting and topped with sugar and festive sprinkles. Available now in the US and Canada, while supplies last.
- MOUNTAIN DEW BAJA MIDNIGHT – Passionfruit flavor meets the tropical lime flavor of Baja Blast. This new beverage is only available at Taco Bell restaurants.
- Quesocrisp Taco – Enjoy this new savory delight, featuring a taco shell made out of crispy cheese.
- Live Más Café Beverages – Taco Bell also announced that its Live Más Café in San Diego, California is all set to offer a diverse range of 30 unique beverages, including Agua Refrescas, Churro Chillers, Dirty MTN DEW® BAJA BLAST® Dream Soda, specialty coffees, and so much more!
What’s in Taco Bell’s Test Kitchen?

In addition to new menu releases coming from Taco Bell this 2025, the chain is also dreaming up a new dining experience by creating some of the most innovative items in the fast food scene. Taco Bell’s Chief Food Innovation Officer, Liz Matthews, shared the menu items and flavors they’re working on in the famous Test Kitchen:
- Weak Knees Fire – Taco Bell is working on a new sauce, in collaboration with Bushwick Kitchen, a Brooklyn-born condiment brand. The new sauce combines the iconic Fire sauce with Bushwick Kitchen’s Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha.
- Zab’s Hot Ranch – The chain is also working with Zab’s Hot Sauce to create a new sauce called Zab’s Hot Ranch. It takes the flavor of Datil Pepper, with the addition of Taco Bell’s Spicy Ranch sauce.
- Purple Chile Sauce – This is a purple sauce featuring three unique chiles: Habanero, Ghost Pepper, and Ají Panca. At the tasting experience, fans were required to sign a waver to try the sauce.
- Crispy Fajitas – This item features tempura battered crispy bell pepper, jalapeños, onions, with white habanero ranch for dipping.
- Queso Fundido Rolled Chicken Taquitos – These crispy taquitos are stuffed with chicken, served with a green chili queso fundido for dipping.
- Short Rib Chile Relleno Burrito – This item features Anaheim green chile, loaded with short rib beef and melted cheese.
- Brisket Taco – Taco Bell is also working on a taco with slow-roasted brisket, purple cabbage, and shredded cheese.
- Poutine Fries – Here’s a savory treat: a bed of fries topped with slow-roasted pork, cheese curds, and gravy.
- Ube Strawberry Cookie – This crisp, chewy sugar cookie is stuffed with vanilla ube cream, featuring strawberry pieces in the filling and on the cookie, plus sprinkles.
- Mexican Pizza Empanada – Everything you love about the classic Mexican Pizza will be loaded into a flaky, crispy empanada.
- Mini Taco Salad – Remember the taco salad on the Taco Bell menu from 1984 to 2017? Well, the chain is working on a bite-sized version of it, with added salsa verde and lime.
- Tacodilla – This oversized taco shell is made with corn flour tortilla, packed with carne asada, guajillo pepper sauce, melted cheese, and then grilled to perfection.
- Salted Caramel & Toffee Cream Empanada Bite – Here’s a new twist to the iconic Caramel Apple Empanada, featuring toffee cream and salted caramel.
Taco Bell also announced that the Southwest Hot CHX Crunchwrap Supreme is currently testing in Cincinnati, OH, made in partnership with TBX Chef Lawrence “LT” Smith. TBX is a culinary collaboration program that supports emerging chefs in creating new ways to experience Taco Bell items. The second season of TBX puts a spotlight on carne asada, and this has called for a partnership with LA-based Bricia Lopez, co-owner of the award-winning restaurant Guelaguetza and creator of “I Love Micheladas.”

Taco Bell’s Off Menu Collabs and The 2025 Bell Awards

This year, Taco Bell is also bringing excitement through limited-edition merch partnership and more ways than ever to interact with fans. For one, the fast food chain is collaborating with golf apparel brand Bad Birdie for a collection and tournament for high school golfers. Fans can submit their story this Spring and get a chance to be placed in the Taco Bell x Bad Birdie Invitational. Additionally, Taco Bell restaurants and exclusive merch will be featured in The Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 & 4, in celebration of the game’s 25th birthday this year.
Of course, the Live Más LIVE 2025 event wouldn’t be complete without recognizing the loyal community of taco enthusiasts. During the event, Taco Bell gave out the following awards:
- Drive Thru Ride of the Year -Awarded to Patrick Adair for turning his car into a rolling love letter to the fast food chain.
- Breakthrough Feed The Beat Artist – Tanner Adell brought home this award that honors musicians who break boundaries.
- Menu Hack of The Year – Taylor Frankie Paul received the award for her masterpiece that the chain now calls “Dirty Mountain Dew Baja Blast Dream Soda.”
- Best Taco Tuesday – Minnesota Golden Gophers took home the award for having what it takes to celebrate the Taco Tuesday.
- Best Live Más Moment – Hannah Sturm and Megan Przepiersk trekked through a snowstorm to bring home the award for the Best Live Más Moment.
