Taco Bell once again proved its ability to create an extensive value menu by bringing back a crowd-pleaser and adding a new item that fans of Mexican food will love.
Cheese has always been one of the most integral parts of Mexican cuisine, along with hot sauce. These staples can add a delicious burst of flavor to pizzas, tacos, burritos, and seasoned meats. As Taco Bell aims to be consistent in releasing bold Mexican flavors, its bringing back its cheesiest creation: Cheeze-It Crunchwrap, all while adding a fiery new sauce that will spice up your meals.

Starting September 26, 2024, get ready for a new experience at Taco Bell. The brand will proudly offer its Cheeze-It Crunchwrap, which took them two years to get right. This innovation features a real Cheeze-It cracker 16 times bigger than its normal size. This cracker goes into a folded tortilla, along with seasoned beef, nacho cheese, and other Crunchwrap fixings.
Furthermore, Taco Bell will also be introducing the Disha Hot Sauce that will soon be available in packets. What’s so special about this sauce is its flavorful lineup of ingredients:
- Distilled white vinegar
- Red onion
- Tomato and tomatillo
- Lime juice
- Habanero
- Jalapeño
- Cilantro
- Garlic and Salt
- Chia seeds
- Toasted Chile de Arbol
Towards the end of September, the crunchwrap and new hot sauce will be offered at participating Taco Bell locations nationwide.
What’s Special About the Cheeze-It Crunchwrap?

Two years in the making, this menu item is a result of creative collaboration between Taco Bell and Cheeze-It. Officially called Big Cheeze-It Crunchwrap Supreme, it’s basically an upgraded version of Taco Bell’s classic crunchwrap. The super-sized cracker inside the tortilla is a head-turner. It adds that crunchy component that takes the Taco Bell experience to a whole new level.
Aside from the Big Cheeze-It Crunchwrap, the new menu lineup in collaboration with Cheeze-It also includes the Big Cheeze-It Tostada and the Big Cheeze-It Box. The latter is a must-have if you want the complete cheesy Tex-Mex experience. The flavorful meal features a five-layer beef burrito, nacho fries, medium drink, and of course, the Big Cheeze-It Crunchwrap Supreme.

The Evolving Taco Bell Menu
The Taco Bell brand stays fresh despite being in the industry for decades. Their secret? They keep evolving. Taco Bell has proved time and time again that it’s committed to improving menus to better serve customers, franchisees, and team members. Part of Taco Bell’s ever-evolving future are these new releases:
- Chicken Nuggets: Move over plain ol’ nuggets, because something saucy and spicy is coming up. These new chicken nuggets from Taco Bell will be served either with a special Bell sauce or Jalapeño Honey Mustard. What makes these nuggets even more unique is that they are marinated in Jalapeño buttermilk for extra spicy kick!
- Cheesy Street Chalupa: This seasonal offering is inspired by a popular Mexican food, featuring a crunchy and cheesy taco shell. What’s inside is a delicious blend of flavors from your choice of meat, mozzarella and pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, cilantro, onion, and ranch sauce.
- Jalapeño Ranch Nacho Fries: Taco Bell‘s classic side dish just got better with the addition of the creamy and tangy Jalapeño Ranch sauce. Expect more depth in the overall flavor because the fries are also seasoned with Mexican spices. This new and comforting side can be served with black beans or seasoned beef.
