The new summer menu from DIG’s features new sandwiches and sides inspired by family cookouts at the backyard or beach. Prices vary by location, with sandwiches starting at $9.80-$10.50 and sides priced at $4.75.
The new menu items include the following:
- BBQ Crispy Chicken Sandwich – features a charred chicken smothered in house-made BBQ sauce.
- BBQ Crispy Tofu Sandwich – If you want a tofu counterpart, you can do so by ordering this option. This burger is filled with crispy tofu smothered in homemade BBQ sauce.
- Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich – Made for spicy food fans, this burger features a crispy baked chicken thigh, picnic coleslaw peppers, dill pickles, and housemade Nashville hot sauce in a potato bun.
- Nashville Hot Tofu Crispy Sandwich – This burger is filled with Crispy tofu smothered in house-made Nashville hot sauce, picnic coleslaw, and dill pickles.
- Roasted Street Corn – Meal side option featuring roasted corn with green cabbage, grated parmesan cheese, pepper, lime, cilantro, and chili.
- Picnic Slaw – A classic side favorite filled with shredded cabbage and coleslaw with creamy dressing.

Jessica Serrano, DIG’s Chief Marketing Officer, said that summer is the perfect season to offer diverse and protein options meals. Guests have raved about their Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and now, they want to add a new seasonal spin to the food from its brand new look.

Organic Food Made Available and Affordable For All
In a time of skyrocketing prices, it is hard to find an affordable and healthy meal, that people often settle for instant food that their money could only afford. This is the reason why Adam Eskin, founder and CEO of DIG, created a menu filled with healthy and organic food within the budget.
Equipped with the mission of changing eating habits through affordable meals, Eskin began a restaurant business by teaming up with a group of five small restaurants that cater to the bodybuilding crowd. Can’t decide if you want your chicken sweet or spicy? Choose the Hot Honey Chicken Bowl to get the best of both worlds! This meal features a glazed charred chicken, carrots, charred broccoli with lemon, Jasper Hill mac and cheese, with maple honey sriracha for a hot and sweet dipping.

Mediterranean Plate
For seafood lovers, you can order the Mediterranean Plate, which has Seared Wild Salmon served on couscous, Greek salad, avocado, and a side of pesto for dipping. You can also add a lemon wedge for a zesty flavor.

Vegan Classic DIG
The Vegan Classic DIG is made-to-order for vegan guests. The dish features a maple cider glazed tofu, roasted sweet potatoes, charred broccoli, brown rice, and a side of garlic aioli. You can also choose among the other available dips such as balsamic dressing, vegan ranch, sriracha, cashew caesar dressing, or hot honey.

I do appreciate DIG’s aim of offering healthy and organic food at an affordable price. I have to agree that it’s hard looking for such fresh options with price hikes, especially for fresh produce. DIG’s summer menu is perfect for everyone, even parents struggling to feed their children healthy meals! The BBQ sauce becomes the perfect cover-up for the farm greens, and even the sauce is healthy, which is an added factor. For the summer menu, I’m excited to try the new BBQ Crispy Chicken Sandwich as a starter. I’ll surely drop by nearby DIG locations some other time to have a taste of summer!
