Taco Bell will be rolling out its new chicken nuggets in all of its locations nationwide. This new item will be released along with their special Bell Sauce. Fans of the restaurant already expressed excitement, showing eagerness to try the nuggets once they’re officially released.
The chicken nuggets were previously tested in Houston, Texas and some testers commended how the nuggets and the Bell Sauce pair so well. Taco Bell’s newest menu item was also announced during the Live Mas Live event and is likely to be rolled out this year.
According to the restaurant, the nuggets are made with marinated white chicken breast. The marinade flavor? Jalapeño buttermilk, which should bring a lightly spicy upgrade to the nuggets. Customers may choose to pair them with Jalapeño Honey Mustard or the special Bell Sauce.

This decision was made to streamline menus in franchise-owned Taco Bell restaurants and deliver more of what the local communities want. Meanwhile, company-owned Taco Bell restaurants will continue offering the breakfast menu lineup.

- Crunchwrap Sliders: Ohio customers got a taste of these sliders, which are basically an upgraded version of Taco Bell’s Crunchwrap Supreme. The sliders are bite-sized and chock full of flavors from ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and tostada. Taco Bell is also testing a Steak & Queso version of the sliders, which comes with Green Chile Queso sauce.
- Churro Chillers: Of course, Taco Bell realized you’re going to need icy treats to go with your savory meals. The brand tested the Churro Chillers in Chicago and Texas, treating customers to sweet shakes with cold foam and churro pieces on top. These milkshakes come in four flavors: Sweet Vanilla, Wild Strawberry, Mexican Chocolate, and Dulce de Leche Coffee.

My week is already made after hearing the good news about Taco Bell‘s nuggets. As a nugg lover, I’m looking forward to having my nuggets marinated in such a unique flavor blend. I sometimes challenge myself by eating food with a spicy kick (I have low spice tolerance, by the way), so I really want to try the Jalapeño Honey Mustard Sauce. I’m 100% sure I can take the heat if Taco Bell’s Churro Chillers will back me up. I hope they get a nationwide release too!
