10. Selena Gomez – Cookies & Cream Remix

There isn’t anything that Selena Gomez can’t do, so expect an ice cream flavor from the pop star herself. In 2022, Gomez put her own spin on a classic flavor with the Cookies & Cream Remix from Serendipity Brands, which she co-owns. It features pink vanilla ice cream with fudge and chocolate cookie chunks. Gomez was probably inspired by her song collaboration with the K-pop group Blackpink, titled “Ice Cream.”
9. Bob Marley – One Love

Reggae legend Bob Marley’s family partnered with Ben & Jerry’s for the “One Love” ice cream flavor. This collaboration celebrated the singer’s message of unity and peace with a banana-flavored ice cream with caramel and graham cracker swirls. What’s unique about the treat is its chocolate peace signs. A portion of the proceeds of each pint sold will go to Jamaica’s One Love Youth Camp and Partners for Youth Empowerment.
8. Phish – Phish Food

Your parents may have remembered listening to psychedelic jam band Phish in the ‘80s. Well, the band was first offered a collaboration by Ben & Jerry’s in 1996, but they rejected the offer as they did not want to work with other companies except for record labels. However, they valued a lot of things that mattered to them. Today, Ben & Jerry’s Phish Food is one of the brand’s longest-running flavors. It features a chocolate ice cream with gooey marshmallow swirls and fudge fish.
7. The Dave Matthews Band – One Sweet Whirled

In 2002, Ben & Jerry’s collaborated with rock band The Dave Matthews Band for the One Sweet Whirled. It’s a caramel and coffee ice cream with marshmallow and caramel swirls. There are also coffee-flavored fudge chips for that extra coffee scoop. The brand worked with the band to create global warming awareness.
6. Jerry Garcia – Cherry Garcia

One of Ben & Jerry’s popular and longest-running flavors is Cherry Garcia, which was released in 1987. It’s inspired by Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead, which he cofounded. Funny enough, Jane Williamson, a fan of the band, suggested to the brand that they make a cherry flavor and call it Cherry Garcia. The lead guitarist and vocalist eventually gave his blessing after Ben & Jerry’s sent eight pints to him to try out.
5. Tina Fey – Liz Lemon

While it doesn’t fall as an ice cream treat, Ben & Jerry’s also has a taste for other well-loved frozen treats. In 2013, they added a new flavor to their Greek Yogurt line called Liz Lemon, who is named after the character of Tina Fey in “30 Rock.” This lemon frozen yogurt features a blueberry lavender swirl with a lemon blueberry taste.
4. John Lennon – Imagine Whirled Peace

In honor of John Lennon’s commitment to the world peace movement, Ben & Jerry’s launched the Imagine Whirled Peace flavor in 2008. It features caramel and sweet cream ice cream that is swirled with fudge, peace signs, and toffee cookie pieces. A portion of the profits went to the Peace One Day Foundation to keep the peace movement alive.
3. Elton John – Goodbye Yellow Brickle Road

Ben & Jerry’s also released a flavor in honor of Elton John called Goodbye Yellow Brickle Road, which features three of his favorite mix-ins. You get the best of three worlds as one pint contains flavors of peanut butter cookie dough, brickle candy pieces, and white chocolatey chunks. Just like any other celebrity’s limited-edition flavor, a part of the proceeds goes to their chosen foundation. With this particular flavor, it goes to the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
2. Jimmy Fallon – The Tonight Dough

Another popular flavor of Ben & Jerry’s since its launch in 2015 is The Tonight Dough. As its name suggests, it’s created with Jimmy Fallon to celebrate his takeover of The Tonight Show, which is the longest-running talk show on US television. It’s a caramel and chocolate ice cream with crunchy chocolate cookie swirls and chocolate chip cookie dough gobs. The thing that makes the flavor sweeter is that part of the proceeds goes to the SeriousFun Children’s Network.
1. Stephen Colbert – Americone Dream

This flavor was totally a s’cream of approval for The Late Show host, Stephen Colbert. It’s got fudge-covered waffle cones in a vanilla ice cream base with caramel swirl. It supports charitable causes through their very own The Stephen Colbert AmeriCone Dream Fund. You can get them in pints, mini cups, and scoop shops.
