The Human Bean recognizes this, which is why the coffee drive-thru brand has released two new ice-cold espresso-themed drinks as part of their ongoing Summer Drink Fest.
Starting July 17, 2024, The Human Bean is adding Affogato Smoothie and Cocoa Cabana to their Summer Drink Fest lineup. These limited-time additions will be available at all drive-thru locations across the U.S. Coffee lovers are encouraged to try these frosty energy boosters while they’re here. July’s New Featured Drinks
- Affogato Smoothie: Inspired by the Italian coffee treat, this blended beverage features a harmonious mix of cold vanilla smoothie and hot strong espresso pour-over.
- Cocoa Cabana: Enjoy the taste of summer in this icy-cold drink that blends coconut, chocolate, and macadamia into Cold Foam on top of a handcrafted batch of Cold Brew.
The Human Bean’s Chief Marketing Officer, Janie Page, expressed her excitement about this new lineup of summer drinks, saying that it’s the perfect way to end the brand’s Summer Drink Fest, featuring their premium coffee and the best flavors that summer has to offer.
The Summer Drink Fest Complete Beverage Lineup
The Human Bean kicked off Summer Drink Fest about two months ago and has since released a series of amazing summertime flavored beverages. Here are all the drinks that made an appearance in May and June:

- Dragonade Iced Tea: an iced beverage that mixes dragon fruit, black tea, and lemonade.
- The Electric Dragon with Bright Energy: This bright pink drink features dragon fruit and Bright Energy in Lime, packing a punch with 160 mg of natural caffeine from green coffee beans. Enjoy it blended or over ice.

- Berrypalooza: Berrypalooza, created to taste like a festival of flavors all infused into a smoothie, mixes pineapple and coconut with strawberry for the perfect summer treat.
- The Twist: Your summer vibes in a cup, this blended drink combines lemonade smoothie with strawberry and passion fruit for a unique tropical taste.
- Island Remix: A soulful mix of mango and pineapple that you can combine with your milk of choice to create a bright and creamy smoothie you’ll want to taste all summer long.
These are all limited-time drinks that no one would want to miss out on. All Summer Drink Fest beverages will be available until August 13, or until they run out.

Whenever I want something cold to drink, I always tend to go for iced coffee or something along those lines. I do appreciate fruity flavors especially when it’s like a very berry kind of situation. But, I realized that I do tend to have a preference for icy caffeinated drinks. This is my first time hearing of The Human Bean (what an adorable name!) so I’ll definitely need to find one of their drive-thru’s if I’m ever to sample their new Affogato or Cocoa Cabana. The Affogato one looks and sounds divine, I hope it tastes as good as it’s pictured.
