The two-pound, 14-inch “Texas-Sized” donut from Round Rock Donuts will have you saying “Yeehaw!” For an easy visualization, this donut creation is bigger than a person’s head, so you might want to bring some friends along when you tackle the sweet treat, unless you’re brave enough to do it alone.

That’s the kind of filling you’d find in the Bone Marrow Donut created by a New York artisan shop called Doughnut Project. Aside from the odd filling, the donut has a sweet clementine glaze on top.

Just in time for the seafood season, we’re featuring something that fits the occasion: KFC’s Fish Donuts! These were available in KFC Singapore and considered a sweet-salty snack. Chunks of fish were shaped into donuts, deep fried, and tossed with sesame seeds and powdered sugar. They even came with a tartar sauce for dipping!
