We’re hearing these drinks and treats might hit Starbucks soon!
If Starbucks dropped an early summer menu, of course, they can also launch a late summer menu this 2025. And guess what? Barista sleuths and fans of the brand are already dropping clues about the potential new Starbucks flavors for late summer. If the whispers are true, we’re in for cozy sweet surprises and dreamy blends of iced comfort.
While Starbucks didn’t make any announcement yet, fans think they have caught a glimpse of what’s brewing next at their favorite coffee place. Based on the speculated Starbucks late summer menu 2025, we’re getting more new drinks, and none of the fan-favorite S’mores Frappuccino (we hate to break it to you). There is, however, a returning sweet treat that brings a rich, chocolatey comfort with it.
Here’s the complete lineup of items from Starbucks’ speculated late summer menu:
- Firework Frappuccino – Expected to drop on July 1st to 7th, this new drink combines the Summer-Berry Refresher with ice and coconut milk. It also comes with strawberry puree, raspberry pearls, and vanilla sweet cream cold foam.
- Salted Caramel Mocha Strato Frappuccino – Speculated to drop on July 8th, along with other Strato Frappuccino beverages, this drink starts with a mocha frappuccino, layered with salted caramel cream cold foam and then finished with a caramel drizzle.
- Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino – This new drink features a matcha creme frappucino, topped with strawberry cold foam.
- Brown Sugar Strato Frappuccino – This is another new frappuccino with cold foam and topping. It features brown sugar cream cold foam and cinnamon powder on top.
- Double Chocolate Brownie – This sweet treat is making a return, made with generous chunks of semi-sweet chocolate!
Again, the Firework Frappucino is expected to hit the menus on July 1st and will be available until July 7th only, while the Strato Frappuccino Beverages will be available nationwide on July 8th. Meanwhile, the Double Chocolate Brownie should be available at participating Starbucks locations any day now.
Starbucks’ Early Summer Menu 2025
It’s been a week since Starbucks officially dropped their early summer menu and we’re still not over it! If you haven’t seen it yet, expect a mix of new and returning favorites that will refresh and energize you in the sweltering days of summer. Here’s everything you can find on Starbucks’ early summer menu:
- New Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso – This drink combines Starbucks Blonde Espresso with oatmilk and horchata-flavored syrup (made with cinnamon, vanilla, and nutty notes that will remind you of rice milk). This one is a bold yet refreshing drink you shouldn’t miss!
- Returning Summer-Berry Refreshers – These drinks are made with a summery blend of blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry flavors, shaken with ice and water, and then poured over raspberry-flavored pearls. You can order one with lemonade (Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher) or a creamy coconut milk (Summer Skies Drink).
- New Strawberries & Cream Cake Pop – Of course, summer isn’t complete without the strawberry flavor. This new cake pop from Starbucks features strawberry cream cake, combined with buttercream and then dipped in a chocolatey icing. It also comes with a summer strawberry design.
Also available on the menu (and perfect for the summer) is the brand’s signature cold brew with vanilla syrup. You can customize this by topping with either Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew or Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. For a protein-packed bite, don’t miss the Egg, Pesto, and Mozzarella Sandwich. Fuel up for the warmer days ahead with layers of fluffy and cage-free egg frittata, mozzarella, and kale-basil pesto, served on a toasty Cheddar and onion bun!

Starbucks Menu Hack Secret: Blackberry Caramel Macchiato
While Starbucks doesn’t have an official secret menu, you can act clever and take more control over your drink. Since summer season is on the horizon, we’d like to share how you can order a Blackberry Caramel Macchiato. This off-menu build is popular among Starbucks enthusiasts due to its visually-appealing layers and refreshing taste. The blackberry peak season also happens during summer, so it’s the perfect time to enjoy their sweet-tart flavor.
To recreate the Blackberry Caramel Macchiato, start with a Venti Iced Macchiato and asked the barista to blend a scoop of blackberries into the milk. Add vanilla sweet cream foam with blackberries blended in. Finish it with blackberry inclusions and a caramel drizzle. This layered, IG-worthy drink should give off a subtle purple hue and a fruit-forward flavor.

What About Dunkin’s Summer Menu for 2025?
Aside from the Starbucks summer menu, Dunkin’s summer menu is also highly anticipated every year. Dunkin’ is known for offering seasonal trend-forward drinks and bites, and this summer of 2025 isn’t an exception. The brand welcomes the summer with three new menu items, and these include the following:
- Tropical Guava Dunkin’ Refresher – This new drink features fruit flavors from orange, passionfruit, and guava, combined with lemonade, green tea, or sparkling water. You can enjoy a medium-sized Refresher for just $3 for a limited time, so hurry!
- Pistachio Iced Signature Latte – This comforting new drink is made with espresso, milk, and pistachio flavors. It’s finished with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and Waffle Cone pieces.
- Iced Strawberry Lemon Loaf – Remember the Iced Lemon Loaf? It’s got a strawberry twist now! Enjoy this lemon loaf cake with a strawberry cake swirl and strawberry-flavored white icing on top!
Luckily for you, that’s not all you’re getting. The Dunkalatte and $6 Meal Deal remain on the menu, and there are also warm, flavorful bites waiting. These include the Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders, Chicken & Bacon Croissant Stuffer, and Sweet Black Pepper Bacon.
