Crumbl continues to swirl inventive flavors, and this time with the incoming fall season in mind.
Like it or not, the pumpkin season is arriving early. Fall flavors were already released in some restaurants and diners are excited to welcome seasonal favorites back. While other chains are gearing up for such comeback, Crumbl breaks the monotony of the season by releasing something new.

I’m sure none of Crumbl’s cookie flavors this week will stay inside the iconic pink box for long. Fans of the chain bakery will get the new Pumpkin Square dessert, which kicks off the transition to fall season. Meanwhile, S’mores brownie was added to the lineup to celebrate the end of summer (on a sweet note). You see how Crumbl chooses its flavors of the week? Very demure, very mindful.
The best part is, Crumbl has always been generous with its gourmet dessert flavors. Here’s a complete lineup of treats you shouldn’t miss, available until August 31, 2024 only:
- Pumpkin Square: This non-cookie treat is made from moist, fluffy marble cake. The combination of brown sugar cinnamon butter and vanilla cream cheese frosting is surely a flavor bomb!
- Peanut Butter Blossom: Rolled in sugar and topped with a rich fudge frosting, this cookie looks tasty without being overpoweringly sweet.
- S’mores Brownie: Late summer treat, anyone? A swirl of brownie, milk chocolate chips, graham cracker, and melty marshmallows will make you wish summer would be a little longer.
- Berries & Cream: This flavor combines strawberries and blueberries, with whipped cream on top and blueberry jam. It’s another treat reminiscent of summer’s refreshing vibe.
- Iced Oatmeal: Who would’ve thought that cinnamon, oatmeal, and vanilla cream cheese glaze taste so good together in a form of cookie? Only Crumbl.
- Milk Chocolate Chip: Can’t go wrong with this classic. It’s got everything you want in chocolate chip cookies: thick, soft, and chocolatey.
Crumbl in the Non-Cookie Dessert Scene
Crumbl is definitely not your average cookie shop. In the last couple of weeks, the brand showed many tricks up its sleeve by releasing non-cookie items that looks too good to ignore:

Frosted Cornbread
Crumbl reimagined its Cornbread Cookie with Honey Buttercream, and then turned it into Frosted Cornbread. The latter features a fluffy cornbread base, topped with whipped butter frosting and a drizzle of honey. This non-cookie item was a new dessert they tested in early August, along with the banana-packed vanilla pudding with vanilla wafers.
“Berry” Special Cakes
In July, Crumbl officially released the Strawberry Shortcake, a double-stacked vanilla cake with house-made strawberry jam and layers of whipped cream. The brand was also rumored to be testing the Lemon Blackberry Cake. It has two layers of lemon poppy seed cake with blackberry jam topping and blackberry cream cheese frosting.

Newly Released Fall Desserts to Try
When you fully embrace the fall season, you don’t just limit yourself to trying pumpkin-flavored treats. Enter: caramel. This classic fall flavor is often associated with the season because of its rich brown color that resembles fallen leaves. When paired with other decadent flavors, you get the following delightful desserts:

Apple Caramel Cheesecake
A new seasonal treat from Popeyes, this cheesecake features a crust made of graham crackers, topped with caramel and apple chunks. This limited-offering was released alongside the Chocolate Chip Biscuit, which gave a lease of new life to the brand’s original buttermilk biscuits.
Salted Caramel Truffle Blizzard
Fall is well represented with this Dairy Queen blizzard treat. The frozen delight offers a blend of creamy vanilla soft serve, salted caramel truffles, toffee pieces, cocoa fudge, and chocolate chunks. A personal favorite and must-try for caramel lovers out there!

From The Club
Crumbl’s weekly release of new flavors is always something to look forward to! To be honest, I enjoy summer more than the fall season so I want to do some reminiscing with the S’mores Brownie. I’m quite certain that I will also love the Iced Oatmeal and Peanut Butter Blossom, just because they carry two flavors that I love: cinnamon and peanut butter! What do you think about this week’s lineup?
