Phony Mezcal Negroni the best! It tastes a little bitter, sweet, and smoky, kind of like a warm and spicy cola. If you don’t like strong flavors, the Amaro Falso tastes like cherry cola, making it a good choice to try this kind of drink for the first time.

Figlia is a drink brand started by Lily Geiger in 2021. She was inspired by her dad’s struggle with alcoholism. Figlia has two drinks: Fiore aperitivo and Fiore Frizzante sparkling mocktail. Both have flowery scents and taste like oranges, with a strong finish of ginger. Fiore is perfect if you’re new to non-alcoholic aperitivos. It’s like drinking something similar to Campari, like an old-fashioned Negroni.
