Summer is coming in hot, but it’s raining must-grab fast food deals!

These chains are kicking off summer with fast food deals that are kind to your wallet, but still deliver all the flavors you love. Whether you’re looking for something quick and savory like a cheeseburger or a well-deserved treat like a classic doughnut, this roundup breaks down hot new deals that will have your back.
Krispy Kreme
It’s still graduation season and Krispy Kreme has a thoughtful and fun way to celebrate the Class of 2025. On May 28, the brand will give FREE Original Glazed three-packs to high school and college seniors who will wear their Class of 2025 caps and gowns or senior swag like jackets and shirts. There’s no purchase required and the offer is valid while supplies last.
To further celebrate, thousands of lucky graduates will win an all-new “Dough-ploma” inspired by Dr. Seuss’s timeless book, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!” This dough-ploma entitles recipients to FREE Original Glazed Doughnuts for a year, allowing them to enjoy one dozen per month starting June 2025 to May 2026. Multiple grads will be randomly selected, on May 28, at participating Krispy Kreme locations.
But that’s not all! Because Krispy Kreme is also offering $12 Original Glazed dozens, on the same day, to help sweeten graduation parties. This fast food deal is available to all guests in-store and online (there’s a limit of four per guest).
What about for current students? Good news, because Krispy Kreme will also offer K-12 students with a FREE doughnut for every A (up to six) on their report card. To claim their freebies, students must bring their report card and it should be from the current term. Eligible doughnuts include the Original Glazed and most doughnuts from the core menu; premium offerings like limited-time doughnuts are excluded. This offer is valid at participating shops now throughout the summer.
Wendy’s
We’re bound to get lucky on May 28, because on this day, Wendy’s is also running a promo: 1 cent Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger on National Hamburger Day! Guests can score this freebie with any purchase and by applying the digital offer that’s exclusively available on the Wendy’s app. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger features the chain’s signature square beef patty, layered with Applewood smoked bacon, tomato, lettuce, American cheese, and mayo.
As per Wendy’s, that’s just the beginning of summer of savings. They’re turning the heat up with the continuation of 100 Days of Savings, which features new offers each week, accessible via the Wendy’s app. The countdown begins again on June 7, where you can enjoy a $1 Dave’s Single with any purchase every Saturday, until July 26!
