This is the Happy Meal made of nightmares! 👻
Halloween may be months away, but Wednesday Addams is (un)gracing your screens this August with the premiere of Wednesday Season 2 on Netflix. With this, Wednesday Addams collaborated with Wendy’s for the Meal of Misfortune! They will be available at participating locations across the US by August 4, 2025. A rollout will also be available in Canada by August 11, extending to Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, and Guam.
The Meal of Misfortune will center around the “Dips of Dread,” which features four inferno-inspired mystery sauces. Part of the meal is also the Rest in 10-Piece Nuggets, small Cursed & Crispy Fries, and a small Raven’s Blood Frosty dessert, all placed in a customized packaging following the Wednesday theme.
With the dips, there’s no way you’ll choose what to get, as fate will decide. All we can give you are clues about what you’ll expect to get, such as the You Can’t Hyde, This Will Sting, Grave Mistake, or Nowhere to Woe. Yup, collecting all four sauces means that you’ve got to go on more than one dreadful (or not) trip. Also, the Raven’s Blood Frosty is served with a Spoon of Gloom in Wednesday-themed cups containing a dark cherry swirl for its finishing touch.
In addition to this creepy meal, fans from the US can try their luck to win $10,000 from the “Escape from Wednesday’s Woe.” It’s an interactive game you can play exclusively from the Wendy’s app. The fun never ends as you get to escape, dodging traps and collecting Wednesday-themed rewards.
How About The Takis Fuego Meal?
Don’t worry, the Takis Fuego Meal is still available at Wendy’s, but hurry, they won’t be here forever! Last month, Wendy’s launched the Takis Fuego Meal, the hottest chips on the market, in collaboration with Takis.
Now, what’s in the hottest meal of the summer? First is the chain’s iconic Spicy Chicken Sandwich, which became a Takis Fuego Chicken Sandwich. It is filled with seasoned spicy chicken filet, crushed Takis Fuego chips, chili lime sauce, creamy corn spread, and cheddar cheese sauce. You can further shake up your meal with a Fuego Fries, which features a base of Hot & Crispy Fries tossed in tangy chili lime seasoning, all placed in a custom tear-away bag. You can get them à la carte or the Takis Fuego Meal to complete everything. The exciting part is that you get a small bag of Takis Fuego chips when you avail the meal version!

Another Exciting Collaboration From Krispy Kreme
Krispy Kreme and Crocs recently clogged the internet with an exciting collaboration. For the first time, Krispy Kreme and Crocs teamed up for the limited edition Krispy Kreme x Crocs Classic Clogs. Mark your calendars, as on August 5, fans can purchase the footwear in Crocs stores and from crocs.com. These Clogs are placed in a co-branded packaging inspired by Krispy Kreme’s classic dozen-box. A five-pack of Krispy Kreme Jibbitz charms will be available for the fans to accessorize their Clogs.
With this, Krispy Kreme will also offer a Krispy Kreme x Crocs special dozen, which includes three doughnuts brought to life by the Clogs. Of course, it will also include Krispy Kreme’s classic Original Glazed. They will be available by August 4 through the 10th.
Meanwhile, fans can get early access to the Krispy Kreme x Crocs Classic Clogs by August 4. All you need to do is visit any participating Krispy Kreme shop and scan the display Crocs QR code. You’ll need to fuel up before shopping for your Clogs pair. But wait, there’s more: if you wear your Crocs in-store on August 9, you get your free Original Glazed Doughnut. The good thing about it is that no purchase is required to claim your free reward!
Summer Eats For You
The fall season is right around the corner, meaning the fall menu (at least from Dunkin’ and Starbucks) appears early. But while everyone’s transitioning to fall, Smashburger is unveiling more summer eats that you can get now. So if you’re looking for a new menu, Smashburger has the Summer of Smash.
First, the chain is introducing their $4.99 All-The-Time Menu, which features value meals packed with the signature Smashburger flavor. The All-The-Time Menu items include the All-American Burger, Deluxe Burger, and the new Americana Big Dog.
Speaking of the Americana Big Dog, Smashburger is unveiling the new All-Angus Big Dogs, which are made of 100% Angus Beef that weigh a quarter pound each. They’re split, butter-grilled, and served on a toasted New England roll. They’re topped with the following options:
- Americana Big Dog – Topped with ketchup, mustard, sweet relish, and diced red onions.
- Bacon Cheese Big Dog – Features Applewood smoked bacon, creamy cheese sauce, and aged-shredded cheddar.
- Chili Cheese Big Dog – Features creamy cheese sauce, all-beef chili, and aged shredded cheddar.
- Chili Cheese Jalapeño Big Dog – Topped with creamy cheese sauce, all-beef chili, aged-shredded cheddar, and jalapeño slices.
With these, you can also upgrade your sides to fully loaded like the SmashFries, Smash Tots, Crispy Brussel Sprouts, and more. Just choose your side and choose to add cheese, bacon and cheese, chili cheese, chili, cheese, and jalapeños to create 32 different combinations.
Smashburger isn’t done with their delights as they’re adding additional Summer of Smash Highlights that you can choose from:
- Smoked Brisket Bacon Smash – Packed in an authentic Texas smoked brisket that’s been slow-smoked for 14 hours using hardwoods. It is served on a buttery Parker House Roll.
- Create Your Own – Guests can choose a bun, protein, cheese, toppings, and more.
- Chilled Chicken Chef Salad – Features a protein-packed option for guests.
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Shake – This shake is handpun in Häagen-Dazs ice cream for your best cookie dough shake experience.

I think this is a well-thought-out collaboration with the meal’s name playing to the flavors and packaging we associate with Wednesday Addams.
