Zaxby’s, a restaurant chain famous for its chicken menu items, has introduced Southern Fried Shrimp with a new Zaxtail Sauce as a special offer for a limited time. This is Zaxby’s first time adding seafood to their menu and seems like an exciting new choice for customers.
The Southern Fried Shrimp has a crunchy outside made by mixing garlic and onion powder with pepper and buttermilk, then frying it until it’s a perfect golden color. This seafood treat is paired with Zaxtail Sauce, which is a mix of their well-known Zax Sauce and cocktail sauce, with a touch of horseradish for extra flavor. This sauce adds a unique taste to the shrimp and is Zaxby’s newest of 12 sauces.
You can get the Southern Fried Shrimp either in a meal or by itself. The meal comes with eight crispy shrimp, Zaxtail Sauce, Texas Toast, Crinkle Fries, and a small beverage. If you just want to try a bit, you can add a side of four shrimp with sauce to any meal for $3.
To get people excited about this new item, Zaxby’s has a special deal. From March 25 to March 31, 2024, if you buy something for at least $5, you can get a free side of four Southern Fried Shrimp. You can use this deal by ordering online, using the app or scanning a QR code at the restaurant with a Zax Rewardz account.
