Important Bread Recall Alert for California and Nevada

Hey, there’s something you should know if you’ve recently purchased bread in California or Nevada. Albertsons Companies LLC has announced a recall on some types of bread. It seems there might be metal or plastic pieces mixed in with the bread – yuck! The recall started on March 4, 2024, and it’s still happening now.

The breads that you should not eat include:

  • Julian Date: 062

  • Cal Pia 100% Whole Wheat Bread (22 oz. loaf)
  • Julian Date: 062
  • UPC: 9999900132

In total, there are 13,550 loaves of bread included in this recall. Not cool, right?

What Should You Do With Recalled Breads?

If you happen to have any of these breads at home, don’t eat them. You can either throw them away or take them back to the store where you bought them. They’ll know what to do!
