Back-to-school season has passed, but not the golden heart of Golden Chick, as they are returning with a local school charity initiative for the community. Want to know the best part? They’re involving their customers in this special charity project by releasing new menu items!
After the successful launch of their system-wide partnership in 2023, which raised over $190,584 for 300 schools, Golden Chick is set to start another initiative that aims to fund schools around the community along with the release of their brand new Churro!
For every Churro order made by customers, Golden Chick will donate 50 cents, which will run until December 29, 2024. What’s even great about this initiative is that the donations would go straight to selected schools without them having to contribute additional time or resources. The funds would be used for classroom supplies, school beautification projects, class trips, and any school-related expenses.
Howard Terry, Chief Marketing Officer of Golden Chick, said that partnerships give a strong identity and a sense of purpose in what they do. This year is extra special since they doubled the time of the campaign, allowing the schools to maximize the funds given to them for at least half of the school year. Terry added that Golden Chick looks forward to getting to know their communities better as they give back.
A Zesty New Addition
But that’s not all, as Golden Chick is also introducing a new menu item that would accompany their spicy Wicked Wings. Say hello to the Lemon Pepper Wings that feature a zesty flavoring of hand-breaded coating for a crunch in every bite.

1992 marks the 25th anniversary of Golden Chick, so of course, they dropped a new menu item, which is the fan-favorite Golden Roast! It’s one of the chain’s popular menu items as it’s regarded for its signature marinade seasonings. It’s lower in calories, so you can still enjoy Golden Chick the same way.
Yeast Rolls
Admit it, ever since Golden Chick released their Yeast Rolls back in 2006, dining there has never been the same again. Their Yeast Rolls are baked fresh and hot throughout the day.
