It’s almost here! Crumbl Cookies has been dropping incredible new treats and it looks like this newest limited-time addition will be the best one yet. The growing cookie brand confirms the upcoming official launch of their new Toffee Cake ahead of their usual Sunday lineup announcement as a way to give fans a sneak peek. It’s scheduled to roll out June 10 to June 15, and already, there is a lot to love about this new cake addition from the brand.
This new Toffee Cake will feature a caramel-soaked chocolate cake with piped whipped cream topping, and a sprinkling of chopped toffee pieces for good measure. But what’s even more exciting is customers can get this new treat in both regular and family sizes, making it a great cake option for an early Father’s Day treat this month of June.
Other Non-Cookie Treats from Crumbl
Crumbl’s is fast expanding and it’s constant testing of new baked goodies in addition to their ever-changing weekly menu is a clear indication that the brand is a force to be reckoned with in the industry. Other non-cookie treats that the brand has put out into the world for customers to either try out or wait for include:
- The Butter Cake: Crumbl has been testing a Butter Cake that’s described as a gooey, buttery and moist cake with a bit of crunch from sugar crystals. It’s topped with a buttery glaze and a scoop of vanilla bean whipped cream. Customers need stay tuned for this official release of this particular item as it is not widely available yet.
- The Pumpkin Muffin: Another item that Crumbl is currently testing is their Pumpkin Muffin, likely in preparation for an official Fall roll-out. Not a lot of information has been released on this product other, so fans will have to wait for it’s official drop.
- The Berry Trifle Cake Cups: Perhaps one of the more unique product teases is Crumbl’s testing of their Berry Trifle Cake Cups that features cake, vanilla pudding, and homemade jam packaged in a portable dessert cup. Trifle is not something you often see in local bakeries, so it would be interesting to see how Crumb’s take on this dessert will be like once it becomes widely available.
Other product tests from brand that have recently caused a lot of buzz are Crumbl’s Strawberry Shortcake and Cookie Pops. With all of these sneak peeks in the first half of 2024, it would be safe to say that Crumbl is probably just getting started and has even more in store for both loyal and new customers in the months to come.

Combine those with an indulgent textural experience from the moistness of the cake down to the crunch of the toffee pieces, the Toffee Cake is sure become another crowd-pleaser.
The new Toffee Cake from Crumbl will be available starting next week, from June 10 to June 15. It will be available in regular solo square cakes as well as in family size that’s great for sharing. I was a big fan of Crumbl’s Tres Leches when that came out so I have high hopes for this new Toffee Cake. It sounds amazing for sure, but I’m very picky when it comes to chocolate cakes. If this wows me (it most likely will just from the looks of it), it’s going to be a real bummer knowing that it won’t be available regularly.
