CAVA
Looking for the perfect meal to energize and kickstart your day? Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant CAVA announced that they are collaborating with Olympic gold medalist sprinter and public health advocate Gabby Thomas. In contrast with the “New Year, New Me” approach, this partnership promotes an enjoyable but balanced approach to eating through Mediterranean-style meals. This is about savoring flavor from wholesome foods without compromising the taste or enjoyment that’s meant when eating.

These meals are inspired by Thomas’s approach to fuel, especially with her busy schedule. The collaboration features the following chef-curated menu items, which have quality ingredients that support a healthy and active lifestyle:
- Spicy Lamb + Avocado Bowl – It features spicy lamb meatballs with avocado on a base of SuperGreens and black lentils. They are topped with Crazy Feta, red pepper hummus, Persian cucumber, pickled onions, tomato + onion, all smothered in bright lemon herb tahini dressing.
- Vegetarian Falafel Crunch Bowl – It includes falafel and roasted vegetables that are seated on saffron basmati rice. For a more flavorful profile, the crunch bowl also contains black lentils, Crazy Feta, traditional hummus, Persian cucumber, cabbage slaw, tomato + onion, romaine, and pita crisps, all smothered in spicy, herby skhug dressing.
- Garlic Chicken + Veggie Pita – This dish features half-grilled chicken and half-roasted vegetables that are dressed up in tzatziki, tomato + onion, salt-brined pickles, cabbage slaw, and crumbled feta, all smothered with a savory garlic dressing.

All of these flavorful fillings but healthy eats are available for a limited time only at all CAVA restaurants across the country and through their official app and website.
What makes this collaboration special, you ask? Thomas has been going to CAVA for years, which makes her a fan. She said that the meals served to her are the go-to meals that keep her going no matter how busy her schedule is and how intense her training is. Thomas hopes she can inspire people to eat well and take on the new year with intention and energy so they can do more of what makes them feel good.
Andy Rebhun, Chief Experience Officer at CAVA, said that Thomas’ authenticity and passion are what made CAVA choose her as their partner. CAVA shares the philosophy called a Mediterranean way that you can taste their food and feel it in a way that welcomes everyone to the table.

Taco Bell
Taco Bell fans, brace yourselves as there’s something new coming to the dessert menu at your favorite fast food stop. We all know that innovative sweet treats aren’t new at Taco Bell, especially when you’ve tasted their Baja Blast dessert collection.
The Instagram account Living Más, which is described as a “Taco Bell community built by fans,” reported that the chain is collaborating with the dessert shop Milk Bar to introduce its birthday cake-themed churros from February 20 to March 5, 2025. These mini treats called Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churros are available until supplies last, so make sure that you’re at your local Taco Bell when this dessert is released.

As expected, fans were thrilled to learn about the special collaboration. One fan commented about how cool it is that Taco Bell would drop a birthday cake-flavored churros on their birthday. At the same time, others are wondering about the experience that the dessert treat might bring.

If you want to take a bite of these fan-favorite wraps, you can do so for only a price of $4.99 for a la carte orders.
In the appetizer department, which was also released last week, Taco Bell came out with the Steak Garlic Nacho Fries ($4.99), which is an upgraded version of the chain’s iconic Nacho Fries. From The Club
Since I’m starting on a clean slate this 2025, I’ve pretty much agreed that I need to change my eating habits, and CAVA’s collaboration with Gabby Thomas is just a perfect meal to take on. I love how they promote balanced, healthy eating habits without taking out the fun in eating. As for the Taco Bell collaboration with Milk Bar, I’d love to have some of those Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churros as a sweet reward after a filling meal.
