The Maplehouse Breakfast Sandwich is loaded with a cage-free egg, cheddar cheese, and bacon. It is built on a Maple French Toast Gourmet Bagel and finished with Honey Almond Cream Cheese Shmear and a drizzle of syrup. According to the Head of Culinary Innovation at Einstein Bros.
