The classics are returning to McDonald’s, and when I say classics, it’s the McRib type. 😉 Yup, you’ve read that right; the 80s menu item is coming back to take fans a trip down memory lane. Like any other of their classic Snack Wraps and Halloween special Boo Buckets, McDonald’s aims to cater to fans of the new generation to have a taste of the past so they can enjoy it the way that their parents had them back then.
Sure, you’re hearing rumors about the possible reemergence of the McRib at McDonald’s stores. Now, you can put it to rest since the McRib is set to drop by December 3, 2024, for a limited time at participating restaurants. After all, ‘tis the McRib season as it drops just in time for our holiday cravings.

In case you’re not familiar with the McRib, it’s a seasoned boneless pork that is dipped in BBQ sauce and and topped with onions and pickles, all served on a toasted bun. It’s easy to see why people immediately fell for it. I mean, a fast food restaurant serving pork sandwiches isn’t a common thing to see, especially back then, so it was really huge. The McRib made its debut in the United States in 1981, where it was served as a limited-time menu item in Kansas, and since then, it has been making magic.
The Sauciest Time of The Year
So, what makes the McRibs an instant favorite? The sauce, of course, is the one giving life to the meat filling. For the first time ever, McDonald’s is giving fans a chance to savor McRibs’ flavor by introducing the new “A Whole Lotta McRib Sauce.” It’s a half-gallon jug filled with McDonald’s iconic sauce. They’re perfect for adding life to your dishes by dipping them in or adding them to your recipes when preparing your Thanksgiving dinner.
Tariq Hassan, Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at McDonald’s said that their McRibs is more than just a sandwich since it’s already part of the chain’s culture. Hassan added that the “McRib SZN” is already a holiday itself, so they wanted to give fans more ways to celebrate it this year by releasing the A Whole Lotta McRib Sauce.

Whether you’re a McRib fan or a collector of cool things wanting to add something new and McDonald’s to your collection, you can get your hands on A Whole Lotta McRib Sauce for $19.99 online only at www.wholelottamcribsauce.com. Mark your calendars, as the jugs will be available for purchase starting November 25 at 10 a.m. ET, while supplies are still available.
But if you didn’t get a chance to grab the sauce, don’t worry; you can cheer yourself up with a McRib. You can grab your sandwich via the McDonald’s app, in-restaurant, or drive-thru at participating locations starting December 3, 2024.

Dunkin’s Secret Hot Chocolate Menu
McDonald’s may be bringing back an old favorite, but Dunkin’ is keeping a secret on their well-loved beverages. Speaking of beverages, hot chocolate seems like a great choice of beverage for a change since the season isn’t getting any warmer. Sit back, relax, and enjoy. Here are more ways you can enjoy Dunkin’s Hot Chocolate.

Content creator and a Dunkin’ barista @monica_gv shared her favorite way to enjoy Dunkin’s Hot Chocolate. In the video, she explained that it’s just like the hot drink that we’re familiar with and created by our mothers back when we couldn’t get coffee yet. 🤣
Take your notepad or notes app as you’re about to learn Dunkin’s secret recipe. Ready? Let’s go! Monica said that if you order a medium Hot Chocolate at Dunkin’, ask for it with steamed cream, one pump of mocha, and three shakes of cinnamon sugar. Now, imagine all of these wrapped in Dunkin’s Hot Chocolate. 😋
Someone left a comment saying that since they’ve tried it, they order the hot drink almost every day, and it’s a “bomb.” Also, another person reminded that it’s not available at all Dunkin’ stores, so you can just opt to create them at home.
Chick-fil-A’s Secret Shake Inclusion
Now that Chick-fil-A has released their Peppermint Chip Milkshake, this signals the holiday celebration at Chick-fil-A. A popular menu or hack is also behind and is set to create more ways in which you can enjoy your Chick-fil-A treats.
The fan-favorite treat features bits of peppermint bark chips that first became available just this November. But this particular sort of secret menu promises to make your shake even better. Unlike other hacks from the menu items of the chain, this one doesn’t require the brand to edit the menu as it uses the chain’s everyday offerings to customize the item.
So, what’s this secret? Well, it’s none other than adding Oreos. 🤣
The hack isn’t actually new to us since it was seen to have a longer online presence among fast food Subreddits and discussions but not everyone knows of this hack. According to some fans, Chick-fil-A charges an extra 40 cents, which may vary per location. It is available to order online by clicking “Extras” and selecting “Cookie Crumbles” before adding the shake to your list of orders.
Where do you plan to put the Oreo hack? Perhaps you can start with Chick-fil-A’s newest offering of Peppermint Iced Coffee and Peppermint Chip Frosted Coffee.

From The Club
McDonald’s bringing back the McRib seems to be the plot twist of my 2024! As someone who loves BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, I never got the chance to try the popular McRib. Thanks to McDonald’s, I can now tick it off my list. 😅 As for the hacks, I can attest to the Chick-fil-A one since Oreo crumbs are known to make desserts better in terms of taste and texture. Trust me, mixing them in your shakes is a new craving obsession you’ll develop.
