In Denver, a company known for its restaurants called The One Group Hospitality Inc. is about to bring something new to the table – a seafood place named Saltwater Social. It’ll be where a Thirsty Lion used to be, in a busy neighborhood called Cherry Creek.
The One Group just started serving up steaks at a fancy hotel in Washington, D.C. and they plan to open more eateries in places like Florida, Oregon, and another one in Colorado.
They’ve got cool stuff going on like happy hour deals and special steak nights that make people want to come in and enjoy. Even though January was a bit tough for a lot of restaurants, holidays like Christmas and Valentine’s Day were super busy.
Adding fun drinks has also helped them get more sales. However, when looking at money, The One Group Hospitality made a little less in the last part of the year compared to the year before even though they had more sales. It seems their restaurants are doing pretty okay, but they didn’t make as much money as last time around the same time of year.
