We’re getting an exciting lineup of smoothies courtesy of Smoothie King this August!
For years, Smoothie King has been giving us smoothies that taste good and are healthy at the same time. They’ve completely changed smoothies as we know it and proved that you didn’t have to sacrifice your health to indulge yourself in a good smoothie. So for the fall, Smoothie King is about to drop something amazing. They’re bringing back a popular flavor lineup that perfectly captures the essence of the season.
Smoothie King just announced that their Pumpkin Smoothie lineup is set to return to their menu this August. This selection of flavors is delicious and nutritious. All of them are made with 100% organic pumpkin puree and for those of you counting your macros, these drinks will be packed with over 10 grams of protein. As part of their Clean Blends initiative, these smoothies do not contain any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. So what exactly is included in this lineup? Well, let’s take a look. These are the limited-time flavors coming this fall to Smoothie King:
- Pumpkin Power Meal – This smoothie is filled with protein and made with 100% organic pumpkin, almonds, dates, Gladiator protein, vitamins, and a special seasonal spice blend. It contains 21g of protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Pumpkin Power indeed. It’s an excellent replacement if you want to skip a meal but still want to feel full.
- Pumpkin Slim-N-Trim – Need something lighter? Try this smoothie. It’s made of 100% organic pumpkin, bananas, dates, and a seasonal spice blend. It has fewer than 250 calories and includes 13g of protein.
- Pumpkin Vegan – Need a plant-based option? There’s something for you here as well. This smoothie features 100% organic pumpkin, Califia Farms Oat Milk, bananas, dates, organic plant-based protein, stevia, and seasonal spices.
- Pumpkin Coffee High Protein – Here’s a drink that combines the benefits of protein with a caffeine boost. It includes 100% organic pumpkin, dates, almonds, non-fat milk, a protein blend, whey protein, and options for cold brew coffee or espresso. In other words, it’s both energizing and nutritious.
- Pumpkin D-Lite – If you want something a little more indulgent and something more akin to a dessert, try the Pumpkin D-Lite. This smoothie is crafted with 100% organic pumpkin, dates, frozen yogurt, nonfat milk, and a seasonal spice blend for a guilt-free pumpkin dessert.
Smoothie King’s Pumpkin Smoothie lineup would be available at all Smoothie King locations starting on August 27, 2024. However, they have exclusive offers for Healthy Rewards members. SK Refreshers
Smoothies aren’t the only beverages on Smoothie King’s menu. In fact, they have tons of other drinks that you can enjoy if you don’t want a smoothie. Recently, they launched a set of beverages called the SK Refreshers. These were ice-cold fruity drinks that were both refreshing and energizing thanks to a kick of caffeine. It’s also their first drink to be ever served over ice on their menu. The SK Refreshers came in two flavors: Pineapple Mango and Strawberry Guava. Both of them contain lemonade are made with real fruit and juice. Unlike the Pumpkin Smoothie lineup, the SK Refreshers are a permanent part of Smoothie King’s Menu.
Dude Perfect Smoothie
Dude Perfect is one of the biggest YouTube channels on the planet. They are a sports and comedy group that would routinely show trick shots, stereotypes, and stunts in their videos. These guys are athletes and know a thing or two about nutrition. So who better to team up with for a signature drink than Smoothie King? This collaboration happened last March and resulted in one of the best smoothies in their menu. The Dude Perfect Smoothie contains pineapples, bananas, kiwi apple juice, protein, frozen yogurt, and a new ingredient called blue spirulina.

Smoothie King is back at it again with their Pumpkin Smoothie lineup. It was first released back in 2023 and it proved to be a smash hit. They’re bringing it back in 2024 as another limited-time set.
