Taco Bell and Milk Bar’s Collaborations
The exciting collaboration between Taco Bell and Milk Bar continues for Taco Bell’s 61st birthday since they first opened their first store in Downey, California, on March 21, 1962. Innovative desserts aren’t new at Taco Bell, as they experimented with Mountain Dew’s Baja Blast by releasing treats such as pie, gelato, and twists last year.
Taco Bell x Milk Bar Strawberry Bell Truffle (2022)
If you’ve been a fan for quite some time now, you know that this isn’t the first time the brand has collaborated with Milk Bar, a dessert shop born in New York City. Back in 2022, they released the Strawberry Bell Truffle, which features a vanilla cake with strawberry pieces soaked in strawberry milk on the inside. It’s also filled with sugary corn fudge center, while the outside has crushed pieces of Taco Bell’s Crunchy Taco shell that give off a sweet and salty taste.

Another unique dessert that Taco Bell and Milk Bar collaborated on is the Dessert Nachos, which was introduced at Taco Bell’s annual Friendsgiving event back in November 2018. It features a base of triangle-cut Milk’s signature cookies with dark chocolate fudge and vanilla cream that acts as the nacho cheese sauce. The Dessert Nachos is topped off with chocolate chips, almond brittle, and sprinkles.
Taco Bell x Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churro (2025)

This 2025, the two brands collaborated yet again for the Birthday Cake Churros, which takes on a popular Mexican snack and Milk Brand’s iconic Birthday Cake. Keep your fingers crossed that they finally drop on the speculated date of February 20, 2025.

What Else is New at Taco Bell?
Craving for good Mexican food as your midnight snack? Satisfy your cravings with these new menu releases for 2025. Or better yet, you can get them while waiting for the Spring 2025 menu drop. Last January 16, 2025, Taco Bell dropped a few menu items to keep their active menu rolling.
Calling all cheese lovers, you can now get your hands over the Cheesy Dipping Burritos; two dippable burrito wraps with an epic cheese pull effect. The wraps are paired with your choice of three sauces: Creamy Chipotle, Nacho Cheese Sauce, and Reduced-Fat Sour Cream. They’re priced at $4.99 for a la carte orders.

The burritos are packed with grilled, marinated steak or Cantina slow-roasted chicken. Marking Taco Bell’s first-ever menu launch for 2025, they were a former test item in Detroit, Michigan, which sold really well.
But if you’re looking to upgrade your usual Taco Fries, then get the Steak Garlic Nacho Fries, which is also available at Taco Bell. It features a gold and crispy Nacho Fries base with Mexican spices. They’re topped with marinated grilled steak, fresh pico de gallo, and shredded cheddar cheese. The fries are smothered with Nacho Cheese Sauce and the brand’s new Creamy Garlic Ranch sauce, which is made with garlic and jalapeño peppers.

To top it all off, Taco Bell also released a new dirty soda-like cooler that’s made for Baja Blast fans. Check out the new Baja Dream Freeze, which features the classic Baja Blast slush drink blended with vanilla crème. It comes in two flavors: Baja Dream and Strawberry Baja Dream. The starting price is $3.69 for a regular 16 oz and $3.89 for a large 20 oz size.

Check Out Taco Bell’s Live Màs Cafe

Like McDonald’s McCafé and CosMc, Taco Bell is also venturing into the beverage industry. This is all thanks to the brand continuing to innovate their menu items. Now, if you’re a Taco Bell fan, you should definitely check this out.
Just last month (December 9, 2024), Taco Bell finally opened its doors to an all-new beverage restaurant concept, the Live Màs Cafe, located in Chula Vista, California. This was all in partnership with Diversified Restaurant Group, Taco Bell’s largest franchisee.
So, what can you get (and expect) from Taco Bell’s new cafe concept? Agua frescas, specialty coffee, and chillers. Specifically, it will include specials such as:
- Churro Chiller
- Cinnavanilla Coffee Churro Chiller
- Cinnabon Caramel Iced or Hot Coffee
- Vanilla Crema Iced or Hot Coffee
- Limonada Iced Tea
You can also get traditional Taco Bell menu items at Live Màs Cafe in case you get hungry, but of course, the drinks remain the main attraction at the new cafe.
