Dog Haus just dropped what might be their biggest release of the year!
For years, Dog Haus has been serving us some of the best burgers and brats we’ve ever had. They’ve developed a massive cult following thanks to their creative menu items that were basically unique takes on hot dogs, sausages, and hamburgers. They would often use gourmet toppings and combinations to elevate the typical fast food experience. They’d also release limited time offerings that kept customers coming back for more. Which brings us to their latest creation. It’s a limited-time item that promises to be a new twist on a classic fast food favorite. The best part? It’s cosigned by a famous celebrity chef.

Dog Haus just announced they’ll be dropping their latest burger creation created with Los Angeles chef, Eric Greenspan. The new burger is called the Big Belly Burger. And once you take a look at its ingredients, you can see how they came up with its name. It features two smashed beef patties topped with New School American Cheese, sweet caramelized onions, zesty diced onions, crunchy dill pickles, and a special sauce. All of these are nestled together in a grilled sesame seed potato roll from Big Marty’s.

Eric Greenspan, acclaimed chef and TV personality, is excited about this new burger. He stated that even though Dog Haus is more famously known for their hot dogs, their burgers are just as fantastic. This is the guy who wrote a cookbook about all the different ways to make grilled cheese. So when he reached out to Dog Haus as soon as his New school American Cheese was ready, you just know that this was a can’t miss opportunity. Together, they combined their both their styles and sensibilities to create the Big Belly Burger.
Starting on August 8, 2024 until the end of the month, the Big Belly Burger would be available at all Dog Haus locations. This is a must try burger this summer so you better grab the chance while you can. In addition to this, you can take comfort in the fact that you’ll be supporting a charity with every purchase of this burger. Throughout August, $1 from every Big Belly Burger sold will go to No Kid Hungry, a charity focused on ending childhood hunger in America. So, it’s a win-win situation.

Back in the start of July, Dog Haus released the Naughty Dog. The Naughty Dog is a limited-time item that was made to promote the release of the raunchy adult animated comedy series, Sausage Party: Foodtopia from Amazon Prime Video. It’s made with an all-beef jalapeño snap dog with sweet and spicy pickled pepper relish and mustard aioli on top. It’s all sandwiched in Dog Haus’ signature grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls.

Colorado Green Chili Sausage
Colorado is pretty famous for their green chili. It’s a great ingredient that adds a little bit of heat to any meal. So when Dog Haus wanted to showcase the taste of the Centennial State with a set of new menu items, you can guess what the primary ingredient was. The Colorado Green Chili Sausage is made with smoked green chili, jack cheese, and pork. It’s topped with green chili sauce, tortilla strips, cotija cheese, and scallions, served inside a grilled King’s Hawaiian roll.
