There’s a rumor going around about Chick-fil-A and we’re here to set the record straight.
For years, Chick-fil-A has been releasing some of the best fast food items known to man. They pretty much revolutionized chicken sandwiches as we know it. When it comes to chicken-based fast food, you can bet that Chick-fil-A has innovated some aspect of it. Another thing that they’re known for is their tendency to “secretly” test certain menu items at select Chick-fil-A locations. It’s great for market research as well as generating buzz online as we’ve seen with their upcoming dessert, the Banana Pudding. But sometimes, it can lead to misinformation from certain media outlets. Which leads us to Chick-fil-A’s traditional fries.

One of the best side dishes from Chick-fil-A is their Waffle Potato Fries. For a lot of us, these waffle fries are our go to side dish to pair with most of their main entrĂ©es. But did you know, Chick-fil-A actually sells traditional fries? That’s right! Chick-fil-A offers traditional cut French fries as well as onion rings, sweet potato tots, and even chicken wings. There’s a catch, however. These items are only available at one location: The Chick-fil-A Little Blue Menu location in College Park, Maryland.

Contrary to what some reports suggest, Chick-fil-A’s traditional fries are not new items and they’re most certainly not “testing” them at certain locations. They’ve actually been sold at the Little Blue Menu for at least the last three years. The Chick-fil-A website clearly marks these fries with a banner indicating “Only at Little Blue Menu,” implying that claims about them being tested for a national rollout are intentionally misleading.
Despite all of the confusion, a lot of customers still continue to enjoy the unique and exclusive items that you can get at the Little Blue Menu and at certain Truett’s locations. Which of these unique offerings would you like to see get a nationwide release at Chick-fil-A? While there’s no word about this yet, we’ll definitely keep an eye out the moment we get news. Stay tuned!

What’s New at Chick-fil-A?
Chick-fil-A is set to have an amazing second half of 2024 with all their new stuff lined up. They wowed us with their summer releases and now, it looks like there’s plenty of great things to look forward to this August. From the return of the Cows to the anticipated menu releases, here are all the new things at Chick-fil-A.

Return of the Cows
The iconic Cow mascots make a very exciting return this season! Not only are they back, but they also have a brand-new game along with a short film and even a new line of cow-printed merchandise. The new game, Code Moo, is available to play on the Chick-fil-A app and with every mission you complete, you can get real food rewards. The short film, Rocky Road, is also a very entertaining piece of media that features our favorite cows going on a fun-filled mission. If you want to upgrade your wardrobe, you can check out Chick-fil-A’s Cow Collection which has tons of cow-themed clothing and accessories. You’ll really want to “Eat Mor Chikin” after seeing the cows return.

Fan-favorite Comfort Food
The Cows aren’t the only ones making a return. Chick-fil-A is set to bring back two fan-favorite items that we’re once a part of their menu. First up, we got the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich. It features the signature Chick-fil-A chicken filet drizzled with honey, topped with pimento cheese, and served on a warm, toasted bun with mild pickled jalapeños. It’s the perfect combination of sweet, spicy, and savory at the same time. Then we have the Banana Pudding Milkshake returning 13 years after its last run. This milkshake mixes Chick-fil-A Icedream dessert with banana and vanilla wafer cookie crumbles, topped with whipped cream and a cherry.

From The Club
While we are all definitely excited about all the latest releases in the world of fast food, we have to be careful about the information we are getting. Some media outlets can spread misinformation and can cause confusion among its consumers. Which is why it’s important that we stick to credible news sources especially when it comes to food.
