Naples Bay makes a pretty backdrop, and this longtime waterfront spot has been serving diners along Crayton Cove for decades. Boats bob in the marina just steps from the tables, giving the whole place a relaxed harbor feel.
The menu covers Florida seafood staples like grouper, shrimp, and fish sandwiches, with a casual open-air setting that suits the location. It is the kind of place where you can linger over a meal and watch the marina activity.
Old Naples nearby has walkable streets and shops if you want to make an evening of it. Arriving as the light softens over the bay is the way to catch the best of the view.
7. Sunset Grille, Marathon, FL
The name is a promise this Marathon restaurant keeps, sitting near the base of the famous Seven Mile Bridge with wide-open water on the horizon. Few Keys spots have such a clear, unobstructed line to the setting sun.
Fresh local seafood anchors the menu, including fish, shrimp, and the region’s beloved conch dishes. There is also a pool and open-air seating, so the place has more of a resort feel than a simple dockside grill.
Marathon works well as a midpoint stop for anyone driving through the Keys. Coming here in the evening lets you watch the sky change color right beside one of the most photographed bridges in Florida.
