Zaxby’s is back with another exciting collaboration this summer!
That’s right! Zaxby’s is teaming up with Atlanta-based rap superstar Quavo for a new flavor. For the first time ever, the chain is introducing a new flavor for their dry rub category. Say hello to the new Lemon Pepper that you can get at participating Zaxby’s nationwide.
This new seasoned Lemon Pepper flavor features the perfect blend of tangy lemon and cracked black pepper, as it’s finished off with a rich and buttery glaze. The best part? They come in a variety of chicken options, which are the following:
- Wings & Things (Average price of $13.90) – Features a mix of 5 Lemon Pepper dry-rubbed with a choice of traditional or boneless wings. There are also 3 Chicken Fingerz with Zax Sauce, Crinkle Fries, Texas Toast, Ranch Sauce, plus a small drink.
- Chicken Fingerz Plate (Average price of $11.90) – Comes with 4 Lemon Pepper hand-breaded Chicken Fingerz, Crinkle Fries, Coleslaw, Texas Toast, Ranch Sauce, and a small drink.
- Traditional Wings Meal (Average price of $11.00) – Comes with 5 Lemon Pepper Traditional Wings, Crinkle Fries, Texas Toast, Ranch Sauce, and a small drink.

More Lemon Pepper Surprise
For Zaxby’s, Lemon Pepper isn’t just a flavor; it’s a cultural movement that traces its roots in Atlanta, which is the home to the chain’s headquarters. Atlanta is the city that put the Lemon Pepper wings on the map, the same city that gave rise to the fashion trend of “Lemon Pepper Steppers,” which means shoes that are stylish, they’re dripping with sauce. There are even songs that have been written and TV shows with dedicated episodes about it.
To celebrate the Lemon Pepper scene, the chain chose to team up with Quavo, an Atlanta music legend known for his saucy and fashionable fits. With this, the team will surprise all Zax Rewardz members with a free Lemon Pepper Traditional Wings until July 13.
Interested? Look out for Quavo as he puts his own Lemon Pepper Steppers in a video that will be posted on Zaxby’s social media channels. The rapper will drop an exclusive code, which will make you unlock a free 5-count Lemon Pepper Traditional Wings reward—better hurry, as the first 5,000 Zax members will get to claim this special surprise.
In case you don’t know, Quavo is a Lemon Pepper fan! Like Zaxby’s, the rapper even said the flavor is Georgia’s staple. He shared that he is proud to team up with the chain to step up their dry rub game, and they’re giving out free wings so everyone can taste what the South is about.
Meanwhile, Patrick Schwing, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at Zaxby’s, said that innovation is a part of who they are. Through Lemon Pepper’s Georgia roots, they’re actually proud to deliver their take. Schwing explained that the launch is actually a tribute to Zaxby’s Atlanta roots and the viral Lemon Pepper Steppers. They chose Quavo as he is a Georgian and a longtime Lemon Pepper lover. The rapper is going to help them debut their new offering.

There’s also Sydney’s Signature Fizz, a combination of Rainbow Sherbet and STARRY lemon lime soda. The fizz is also topped with gummi bear minis.
- Dunkin’ x Sabrina Carpenter – Dunkin’ reunited with Sabrina Carpenter to launch their new Sabrina’s Strawberry Daydream Refresher. The new Refresher features a sweet strawberry flavor with oatmilk for creaminess. It’s also topped with a velvety cloud of cold foam.
- Jack in the Box x T-Pain – Jack in the Box’s new celebrity meal features Grammy winner T-Pain as they launch the T-Pain Munchie Meal. It includes your choice of Burg-R-Tater Melt or Chick-N-Tater Melt. You’ll also get a taco, regular curly fries, a stuffed cookie, a regular drink, and an exclusive T-Pain air freshener.
- Taco Bell x Tony Hawk – Taco Bell is about to drop their collaboration with skateboarding legend Tony Hawk. It’s his take on the Build Your Own Luxe Cravings Box (BYOLCB), which features the new Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Burrito. The BYOLCB has Hawk’s favorite menu items like the Crunchy Taco, Cheese Quesadilla, Chips & Nacho Cheese Sauce, and medium-sized Lipton Iced Tea.
McDonald’s Snack Wrap Drops Today
Today (July 10) marks an exciting day for McDonald’s fans as the Snack Wraps are back! The chain knows that fans have been rallying long enough for the drop of this nostalgic snack. They even created a website dedicated to Snack Wraps called Snack Wrap Files. It’s a website dedicated to the lore, fan-inspired posts, and merch concepts for the Snack Wraps. You will even see tons of emails sent to McDonald’s, begging them to return the Snack Wraps.

I consider myself a chicken wing lover, and I always see the Lemon Pepper flavor, but I never get to choose it. With Zaxby’s adding them as a summertime flavor, I can now get to taste what the hype is all about. I didn’t know that the flavor came from Atlanta, which is a pretty genius move to get Quavo, a longtime lemon pepper lover, to help debut this new flavor.
