These three iconic sandwiches are stacked together, offering a unique flavor adventure.
Hash Brown McMuffin
Hash browns from McDonald’s are delicious on their own, but when combined with McMuffin? They become much more irresistible! With this secret menu item, you can enjoy the savory, crunchy combination of sausage, egg, and hash browns, all day, every day, if your local McDonald’s offers an All Day Breakfast Menu!
Surf and Turf
If Double Cheeseburger and Filet-O-Fish set out the have a baby, it’s going to be the Surf and Turf. This sandwich features two 100% beef patties and the crispy, flaky fish filet patty. The sandwich is also packed with other familiar flavorful ingredients, including melty American cheese, tartar sauce, pickles, ketchup, onions, and mustard.
Back in 2022, all the mentioned sandwiches were part of McDonald’s official “Order by Name and Build by Hand” Menu Hacks. Customers were able to order these in-store or via the McDonald’s app, get all the items needed, and build them by hand. Pretty cool, right?

From The Club
Mixing and matching sweet treats is actually my favorite way of using McDonald’s secret menu. And since it’s the holiday season, I’d love to get my hands on that Holiday Pie McFlurry. 👀 I haven’t had the chance to combine burgers before and they sound too much for me, especially the Land, Air & Sea. But that Hash Brown McMuffin is something else…I often order the two during breakfast, so I think it’s about time to mix them up and take the experience to the next level!
